We are Telemetron (Telemetron, Inc.), a SaaS company providing AI-powered customer support platforms for hardware companies ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website, applications, platform services, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to all data processed through our Services, including data collected via our website at telemetron.ai, our mobile applications, our AI-powered customer support platform, integrations with third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook), and any other services we provide.
2Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account & Profile Info:
Name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and other contact information you provide when creating an account or contacting us.
Payment Information:
Billing address, payment method details (e.g. credit card) via secure payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Usage & Analytics:
IP address, device identifiers (including device ID, advertising ID, and browser fingerprint), browser type and version, operating system, log data, pages and features you use, time spent on pages, click patterns, crash reports, and referral URLs.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies:
Cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to understand usage, preferences, and improve the product. This includes third-party tracking technologies from analytics and advertising partners (see Section 10 for details).
Third-Party Platform Data:
If you interact with our Services through third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), we may receive information including your public profile information, user ID, email address, and other data you have authorized the platform to share with us in accordance with your privacy settings on that platform.
Device Telemetry Data:
Hardware device diagnostic data, telemetry readings, device status information, and support ticket data processed through our platform on behalf of our business customers.
3How We Use Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including our AI-powered customer support platform and related applications.
- Payment Processing: To process payments and manage subscriptions.

4SMS/Text Messaging Communications
Telemetron and its customers may use SMS/text messaging services to communicate with end users. This includes automated notifications as well as direct responses to your support inquiries or messages. This section describes how we handle text messaging in compliance with applicable regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Telemetron or our customers using our platform. When you initiate a support inquiry via SMS, your message serves as consent for us to respond to that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider related to text messaging.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that campaign. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communication channels.

Mobile Information Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will only be used to provide the services you have requested and for operational communications directly related to those services.
Supported Carriers
Text messaging services are available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary by region.

5How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
Service Providers
Third parties who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
Third-Party Platform Partners
We may share data with third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), through the use of cookies, SDKs, APIs, or tracking pixels integrated into our Services. This data sharing enables analytics, advertising measurement, and platform functionality. When we share data with Meta, that data is subject to Meta's own privacy policies and data use terms. Analytics & Advertising Partners

Legal & Regulatory Authorities
When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
If we merge, are acquired, or sell assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Processing necessary to provide the Services you have requested, including account creation, service delivery, and customer support.

Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and up to 30 days after account deletion, to allow for recovery if needed.
- Transaction & Billing Data: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Usage & Analytics Data: Retained in identifiable form for up to 26 months, after which it is aggregated or anonymized.
- Third-Party Platform Data: Data received from platforms such as Meta is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and is deleted when you disconnect your account or request deletion.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it using industry-standard methods.
8Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. For example, encryption (in transit and at rest), access controls, and regular security reviews. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.
9Your Rights

Meta (Facebook) Technologies
We may use Meta tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Facebook SDK, and related tools, on our Services. These technologies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how users interact with our Services, and deliver relevant content. When these technologies are active, certain information (such as your IP address, browser information, device identifiers, page views, and actions taken) may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. Advertising ID
We may collect and use mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) to deliver personalized advertising and measure ad performance. You can reset or limit the use of your advertising ID through your device settings.

11Advertising & Personalization Opt-Out
You have choices regarding personalized advertising:
- Meta/Facebook Ads: You can manage your ad preferences and opt out of personalized ads from Meta by visiting Facebook Ad Preferences.
- Industry Opt-Out Tools: You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), or for EU users, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).
- Device Settings: On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
- Browser Settings: You can disable cookies or use browser extensions to block tracking. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.
12Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We provide the following mechanisms for data deletion:
Email Request
Send a data deletion request to security@telemetron.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your name, email address associated with your account, and a description of the data you want deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account through your account settings in the Telemetron platform. Account deletion will remove your profile data, preferences, and associated personal information.
Third-Party Platform Data
If you connected your account through a third-party platform (such as Meta/Facebook), you can revoke access through that platform's settings. Upon receiving a deletion callback from the platform or a direct request from you, we will delete the data associated with your third-party account within 30 days.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes), for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. We will inform you if any exceptions apply to your deletion request.
13California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

14International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and central database are located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, your explicit consent, or other applicable legal bases to ensure your data is protected.
15Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at security@telemetron.ai, and we will take steps to delete such information within a reasonable time.
