Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Telemetron or our customers using our platform. When you initiate a support inquiry via SMS, your message serves as consent for us to respond to that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider related to text messaging.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that campaign. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communication channels.

Mobile Information Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging services are available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary by region.
