If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Telemetron, Inc. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Description of Service
Telemetron provides an AI-powered customer support platform designed for hardware companies. Our Services include:
- Automated device support ticket management and resolution.
- SMS/text messaging notifications for support updates, troubleshooting guidance, and service alerts.
- Device telemetry integration and monitoring dashboards.
- Customer communication tools including email and in-app messaging.
- Integrations with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media and communication platforms.
3User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.
Unauthorized Access

4SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Telemetron offers an SMS/text messaging program that sends automated notifications related to device support updates, troubleshooting guidance, appointment confirmations, service status alerts, and customer support follow-ups. We may also send SMS messages in direct response to your support inquiries or messages to us. By opting in to our messaging program, you agree to the following terms.
Program Name & Description
The program name is Telemetron. We provide an AI-powered customer support platform for hardware companies. Our SMS messaging service delivers automated notifications for device support updates, troubleshooting guidance, appointment confirmations, service status alerts, and customer support follow-ups. Additionally, when you contact us via SMS with a support question or inquiry, we will respond to your message via SMS to provide assistance.
Opt-In Process
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Telemetron through the following methods:
- Website Form: By providing your phone number on our website and checking the consent checkbox agreeing to receive text messages.
- In-App Settings: By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings within the Telemetron platform.
- Keyword Opt-In: By texting START to our designated number to opt in and receive a confirmation message with full program details.
- Support Inquiry Response: When you initiate a support conversation by texting us, your message serves as consent for us to respond to that inquiry via SMS. We may send one or more replies to resolve your support request.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received.
Opting Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Telemetron unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communication channels such as email.

No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are supported on major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Coverage and delivery may vary by carrier and location. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network provider and is outside of our control.
5Third-Party Platform Services
Our Services may integrate with or be accessible through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), and other social media or communication platforms. By using our Services in connection with these platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Platform Terms
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to these Terms. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the applicable third-party platform terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a third-party platform's terms regarding the use of that platform, the third-party platform's terms shall govern your use of that platform.
Data Sharing with Platforms
When you connect your account with a third-party platform or use our Services through such a platform, certain data may be shared between Telemetron and the platform. This data sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy and the platform's data use policies. We will only access and use data from third-party platforms in accordance with the permissions you grant and as permitted by the platform's developer terms.
Meta Platform Compliance
To the extent our Services integrate with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), we comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell data obtained from Meta. We do not use Meta data to build or augment user profiles for purposes unrelated to our Services. Data obtained from Meta is used solely to provide and improve the specific features and services you have requested.
Revoking Platform Access
You may disconnect or revoke our access to your third-party platform accounts at any time through the platform's settings or by contacting us. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing new data from that platform and will delete previously collected platform data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements.
6User Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Consent to Data Processing
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law (such as GDPR), we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal data for specific purposes, including sharing data with third-party platforms.
User Profile Data
We will only build or augment user profiles using data obtained from third-party platforms (including Meta) with your valid consent and only for purposes directly related to providing our Services to you. We do not sell user profile data.
Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may submit a data deletion request by emailing security@telemetron.ai, through your account settings, or by contacting us through any available channel. No Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not sell data obtained from any third-party platform, including Meta Platforms.
7Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Telemetron, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Services without our prior written consent.
8Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized communications, including spam or bulk messaging.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any related systems.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
9Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEMETRON, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Telemetron, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
Data Upon Termination
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations). Data obtained from third-party platforms (including Meta) will be deleted in accordance with platform requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Data Export
Before termination takes effect, you may request an export of your data by contacting us at support@telemetron.ai. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We may also notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
